THEFT OF DOCUMENTS. RUSSIAN WOMAN ARRESTED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. CRecd. 10.5 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 9. A French engineer and a young Russian woman employed by an aviation company were arrested late on Friday night and charged with stealing secret document* relating to the construction of new aeroplane engines under consideration by the French Government. , It is alleged that the accused were in communication with accomplices in other aviation works, and there was a widespread scheme to secure the documents, with a view to selling them to a foreign Power. Further arrests are imminent.
