MEXICAN INSURGENTS.
VERA CRUZ REOXJCUPIED. REBEL LEADER IN YUCATAN. Australian and H.Z. Gable Association. (Reed. 10.5 r> m.) NEW YORK. Feb. 9. Vera Cruz City has been reoccupied by Mexican revolutionary forces. It is reported from Mexico City that General de la Huerta, leader of the insurrection, has arrived at Merida, Yucatan.
