Two years ago the . change in the personnel of many of the holders of V land in the vicinity of the factory and . the change in the occupation of the new settlers caused fears to be entertained regarding the advisability of keeping-the factory opened, so small had become the supply of milk sent- to the factory. The increase in dairying, however, has given a- new lease of life to the . Richmond Downs Dairy Company. This year has. been a record one in the history of tho company, and an additional vat has been installed to cope with the increased supply of milk offering., The daily output has reached 15 cwt. of excellent quality . cieese..
