PAPERMAKING INDUSTRY.
AUSTRALIAN INVESTIGATION. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY, Nov. 9. Resolutions carried at the Press Conference held at Perth, urging the establishment of the papermaking industry, were presented to the Acting-Prime Minister, Dr. Earle Page, who promised to consult Mr. G. 11. Knibbs, Commonwealth Statistician, with the object of arranging Government backing if there are any. prospects of success.
