FIRST AUSTRALIAN FLOCK.
WOOL OF DESCENDANTS SOLD. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Nov. 9. At the wool sales yesterday were in cluded five bales from the direct descendants of the flock with which Captain McArthur founded the wool industry hi 1797. The wool brought 25d. It is of good quality, and still retains the real Merino characteristics.
