FIREBALL IN THE CITY.

A. and K.Z. SYDNEY. March 01 A violent storm broke over the city at the conclusion of the tennis last evening and extended beyond the Blue Mountains. A fireball burst in George Street, in the heart of tho city, and a lightning flash, followed by a blue ball of flame, is reported from Medlow Bath. The Meteorologist announces that the rain is scattered throughout the country, and is looking forward to tropical disturbances to break the drought.
