THE SENATE FILIBUSTER
ADMINISTRATION SUBMITS. SHIP SUBSIDY BILL POSTPONED. A. and N.Z. ' WASHINGTON, Feb. 23. The Administration has surrendered to the filibuster against the Ship Subsidy Bill, and, has agreed to withdraw the measure, so that other measures may be considered. When the latter are disposed of the fate of the Ship Subsidy Bill most likely will be definitely disposed of, either by "the Senate defeating the motion to reinstate the Bill as unfinished business, or by re-committing the Bill to the committee
