It provides only' one public bequest, namely, £2000, to the Christ's College trustees. The executors are Sir St. H. : Rhodes, E. :; J. Ross, and M. H. Gbdby, solicitors/and deceased's only son, Mr. Tahu Rhodes. ; The trustees are instructed, after payment of: expenses and legacies, ib . pay .Rhodes two thirds, and the only daughter, Mrs. G.VH.Huttbn,. one third of the estate. A. life interest.. in Te Korahaji (the residence) ;; is given to ;'• thss; widow, 1 who £4600:.* a jrear. Each : clerk : employed for seven years by Messrs.
