. PERMANENT INJUNCTION. An interim injunction issued last month by tho Supremo Court restraining H. Bray and Co., contractors', of Onehunga, from working a quarry.near Cardwell Street, Onehunga, so as to discharge debris on adjacent properties was vestorday made permanent by Mr. Justice Stringer by consent. Mr. Inder, who appeared for the plaintiffs, Henry Bird and Percy W. Massicks, stated that 'tho parties had come to an"agreement, one of the terms of which made the interim judgment permanent. Mi*.
