NEW CABINET'S POLICY.
RECONSTITUTfON OF ARMY.
PROMISE TO DEFEND THRACE Australian Hid N.Z. Cable Association. (Becd, 8.20 p.m.) ATHENS. Oct. 1. A Cabinet has been formed with the Premier. M. Zaimis, at the Foreign Office, M. Caralambis as Minister for War, and M. Panmchristou as Minister for the Navy. Other holders of portfolios are: M. Zavjtzanoa, Treasury; M. George Rhallis, Posts and Telegraphs; M. Christom&nos, Agriculture. The first act of the new Cabinet was to xequcst the revolutionaries to suspend their military committee, Cabinet promising in return to reconstitute the army and take steps to defend Thrace.
