• NEUTRAL ZONE IN THRACE. ASIAN POLICY TO PROCEED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 4.6 pjn.) LONDON, Auff- ID. Advices from Constantinople state that the Allied and Greek commissioners have signed an agreement establishing a neutral zone four miles in width between Greek and Turkish outposts along the Chataldja line. An Athens message jstates that the Greek Premier, M. Stratos, when asked whether, after transmission of the last Allied Note, the application of new administrative measures in Asia Minor had been adjourned, replied in the negative, adding that the application of the measures would be hastened.
