CHINA'S DISSENSIONS.
JAPAN NOT INTERFERING. NO LOAN FOR THE PRESENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable .Association. (Reed. 8.5 p.m.) TOKIO. Aug. 15. A statement issued by the Japanese Foreign Office announces that no money will be loaned to China in the present unsettled conditions prevailing there. Japan is adhering strictly to a policy of noninterference in Chinese domestic affairs, in accordance with the Washington Conference agreement. Japan will gladly give financial aid to China, circumstances permitting, when China is unified and a responsible Government is established.
