MARRIAGE LAW REFORM.
NEW BILL CONSIDERED. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Eecd 8.15 p.m.). LONDON, May 12. An interesting Bill, to amend the law so as to permit marriage with a nephew or niece-in-law, has been read a first time in the House of Commons. It was introduced by Mr. Athelstan Kendall, who introduced tho Deceased. Husband's Brother Marriage Bill. It is argued that the legislation regarding marriage with nephows and nieces is more justifiable because consanguinity is absent.
