MAJOR BLAKE'S PLAN.

The proposed round the world flight by Major W. T. Blake is arousing widespread interest. Scores of men and women are offering to accompany him. Lieutenant-Colonel L. E. Broome, of the Engineers, has been definitely chosen to take charge of the photographic and cinematographic, work. He will also conduct geological explorations at certain points. Colonel Broome was formerly a civil engineer in the Aleutian Islands.
