DRAINAGE BOUNDARIES.
WOODLANDS COMMISSION. [BT inXEQRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TB AROHA, Saturday. Intimation has been received by Mr. W. 11. Johnson, land drainage engineer, Wailiou, that tho Minister for Internal Affairs has appointed him a commissioner with Messrs. H. M. Skeofc, commissioner of. Crown lands, Auckland, and Hvde, district valuer, to advise tho Government as to the merits of a proposed alteration in the boundaries of tho Woodlands drainago district. The Drainage Board has petitioned the Government to, alter thf, boundaries, but thisre are a number of objections by settlers to inclusion of tfec-iv lands.
