EJECTMENT ORDER.
SUPREME COURT DECISION. An oral judgment was delivered by Mr. Justice Salmond in the Supreme Court yesterday in the case in which George Henning, motor agent (Mr. A. H. Johnstone) proceeded against Charles Henry Marrs, dry cleaner, for pessession of a shop in Shortland Street and for £100 rent due. When the case came before *His Honor on Saturday counsel for p'aintiff directly moved for judgment) in view of the fact that the statement of the defence admitted the allegations. Yesterday morning His Honor decided that the rules permitted plaintiff to move directly for judgment without trial and gave judgment for the plaintiff on both issues with costs.
