LEGAL ARGUMENT CONCLUDED JUDGE RESERVES DECISION. Legal argument in the action in which J. J. Craig, Ltd. (Mr. Meredith and Mr. Leary) ask for an injunction against Ernest Arthur Craig and Herbert Richard Craig (Mr. R. McVeagh and Mr. Gould) to restrain them from registering under the trade name of "The Craig Transport Company," owing to the likelihood of the. public thereby being deceived into the belief that it was the well-known carrying business of J. J. Craig, Ltd., was concluded at the Supreme Court yesterday. Mr. Justice Salmond reserved his decision.
