CONFERENCE AT BOULOGNE.

The Foreign Office has received a Note from the French Prime Minister, M. Briand, cordially agreeing to a meeting of the Supreme Council at Boulogne without any stipulation, but an agreement on the Silesian problem must be reached before the conference, which will not be held before the end of next week. There is no prospect of M. Briand and Mr. Lloyd George meeting prior to the conference.
The debate on German reparation in the French Chamber was adjourned today till Tuesday. M. Briand did not speak.
