FORECAST BY MR. WRAGGE. Tho following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wraggo at soven o'clock List evening:—Conditions are much improving over the north under the advancing edgo of a high-pressure system, but very chilly by night inland. .The extreme rear of the disturbance Telathon will still infiuenco the south, and may affect districts between Wellington, New Plymouth and Tauranga. Winds shifting between north-west, south-west and south* Sea moderating on tho West Coast.
