FORECAST BY MR. WRAGGE. Tho following weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wraggo at soven o'clock List evening:—Conditions are much improving over the north under the advancing edgo of a high-pressure system, but very chilly by night inland. .The extreme rear of the disturbance Telathon will still infiuenco the south, and may affect districts between Wellington, New Plymouth and Tauranga.
