THE WEATHER.
FORECAST BY MR. C. L. WRAGGK The following -weather forecast was issued by Mr. Clement L. Wragge at nine o'clock last evening:—Conditions have rapidly become inore stable under the development of the high-pressure system from the west. Thus generally firm to fair weather is anticipated in the early future. But in the course of a few days a new Antarctic depression named Omrah is expected to show up, south-west of Cape Farewell. Winds chiefly from between and east-north-east, veering northerly when the barometer falls, with an increase of clouds. Se*. moderate.
