MINISTERS' MOVEMENTS.
Sir William Herries, who s now out of hospital and has regained his normal health, has booked his passage for England in the Arawa, telegraphs our Wellington correspondent. It is now practically certain that he will hand in his portfolios to Mr. Massev, though he may retain his seat in Parliament. This Trill mean either the appointment of a new Minister or a re-organisation of portfolios.
