THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
Tho Governor-General, Lord Jellicoe. and Lady Jellicoe, entertained the members of the Davis Cup lawn tennis teams at luncheon at Government House yesterday. Their Excellencies, with members of their family, later watched the teams practising on the Domain court. In the morning Lady Jellicoe ,-vnd her daughters paid a visit to Eilerslie ratecourse and inspe&ed the beautiful gardens.
