Telegraphic .... . . 50s Selling rates are 10s higher all round than the previous rates. This is the third increase, the rates ruling until the middle of October being as follow: — Demand, 10s; 30 days, 2s 6d; 60 days, 5s discount telegraphic transfers, 20s. The buying rates have also advanced in sympathy with the new conditions. Previously no alteration was made, but the new quotations are 20s higher. <>
