A BELGIAN'S PROTEST.
SHOTS IN PARLIAMENT.

At the close of a debate in the Belgian Chamber of Deputies on the Government's policy a man in the public gallery fired three revolver shots at the benches between the Advanced Liberals and the Socialists, shouting that he wanted attention drawn to the German deportations of Belgian civilians. Nothing had been done for them. He was one himself.
