WIDE RAMIFICATIONS. Keuter. LONDON, Nov. 5. Mr. Winston Churchill, speaking in London, said that the dangers of Bolshevism throughout the world roust be recognised. Small bands existed in every city in Britain. He suggested that there was connection between the revolutionaries in India, Egypt, Ireland, and Britain. It seemed as if a dead set were being made against the Empire.
