RIVAL INTERNATIONALS.
GENEVA ARRAIGNS MOSCOW. AN ARMED DICTATORSHIP. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Eecd. 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. G. A meeting of the executive committee of the Second (Geneva) International, held in London under the presidency of Mr. Arthur Henderson, M.P., issued a manifesto urging the workers to fight for the idpals of democratic socialism against the slavery of capitalism and against the tyrannical dictatorship of Bolshevism. The manifesto accuses the Third (Moscow) International of supporting a demoralising, armed dictatorship that seeks to impose its will upon the Socialist and Labour movement throughout the world ; of having robbed the Prussian workers of its freedom; and of seeking to prevent the creation of an economic democracy.
