POPULARISING CAMPAIGN. [BY TZLEGBXPK. — EZPOKT2S-] WELLING TON. Saturday. The institution of a. propaganda campaign, with the object of popularising the secondary industries of the Dominion, was suggested to the president of the Board of Trade, fay Mr. D. G. Sullivan (Avon), in the House of Representatives this morning. This course, he said, had been followed with some success in Australia. The Minister, the Hon. E. P.
