TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION.
POSSIBILITY OP A UNION. [BY TBLEGBAPH.—OWN COBKESPONDENT.] • WELLINGTON. Saturday. It is understood that a special meeting of the Wellington branch of the New Zealand Educational Institute is to be called shortly on the requisition of several leading headmasters , for the purpose of considering the advisability of urging the Dominion executive to take such steps as will be necessary to merge the present institute into a union. It is felt that the executive should be in the position of being able to take more drastic action than at present.
