ALTERATIONS NECESSARY.* [BY XXUSCBAPH. — ASSOCIATION
DUNEDIN, s Sunday.
The Union Company's steamer Paloona was to have left the Dunedin Wharf at S pirn, on Saturday for Lyttelton, Wellington, and Melbourne. It; was found necessary, however, to have some alterations made to the crew's quarters, and the vessel will therefore go to Port Chalmers early on Monday morning, in order to have these carried Out. • A certain amount of survey work will also be done. It is expected that the Paloona will be ready to sail towards the end of the week.
