SINN FEIN CAMPAIGN.
COUNCILLORS ABDUCTED. PRECAUTIONS IN LONDONDERRY. Times. LONDON. May 18. Sinn Fein members broke up a meeting of the County Clare Council, kidnapping three councillors and carrying them on in motor-cars. The Londonderry magistracy is taking drastic measures to quell riots in the city. Public-houses are closed at four o'clock, and a large force of troops has arrived, and is forming cordons round the affected areas.
