FRIENDSHIP WITH AMERICA, * GENERAL OBREGON'S HOPES. A. and N.Z. MEXICO CITY, May 18. General Obregon, leader of the recent revolt, and a candidate for the Presidency, says that he looks forward to a time when the troops of the United States and Mexico will be withdrawn from the border and placed on guard on the Atlantic and Pacific coasts.
