AFRICAN DOCK STRIKE.
EXTENSION TO RAILWAYS. A. and N Z. CAPETOWN. Dec. 18. Coloured labourers in the railway goods yards have joined the strike of waterside workers against the handling of foodstuffs intended for export. The secretary of the Trades Federation declares that a general strike throughout the country is probable unless the Government meets the demand for the stoppage of the export of foodstuffs.
