MANY BOMS OUTRAGES.
STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. Times. MADRID. Dec. 18. Terrorist bomb outrages occur daily in Barcelona w here there has been a lockout of 200,000 workers for three weeks. Revolutionary agitation and strike fever are spreading to Madrid, where the tramways are paralysed, and the light and water supplies are threatened.
