CONTESTED PROBATE.
' -NEW HEAPING REFUSED. Judgment in respect to a motion for a new hearing of a contested application for probate of the will of ihe Lite Mrs. Maria Theresa Styak, of Thames, was delivered at the Supreme Court yesterday by Mr. Justice Hosking. Probate was grant<:d in April last to Mrs. Mabel Amy Idi Mountain (Dr. Bamford), the application being contested by William Alfred. Styak (Mr. Reed, K.C., and Mr. Anderson)" brother of the applicant.
