STORY OF MUTINIES. | DENIAL BY SOLDIERS. Australian and N.Z. Cabla Association. (Reed. 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Dec. 6. In an address at Madison, Winconsin, Colonel Raymond Robbins, an American officer, alleged that British, French and American troops in North Russia mutinied rather than fight the Russian Bolsheviks. American soldiers in the audience denied Colonel Robbins' allegations.
