COUNCIL APPROVES PURCHASE. [by TELEGRAPH— OWX COEEESPOKDENT.J WHANGAKEI, Thursday.
The- Vvhangarei County Council yesterday unanimously approved of the proposed purchase of the Kamo Springs property fend sanatorium by the Hospital Board at an estimated cost of £6000. Dr. Frazer-Hurst, medical superintendent, strongly urged the purchase, stating! j that the Health and Defence Departments | supported it and would contribute subI stanfcially.
