RECENT RAILWAY FATALITY.
THE VICTIM IDENTIFIED.
The victim of the fatality on the railway line opposite Beach Road on May 13, when a man was killed by an incoming engine, has been identified as Mr. Leonard Nelson, a former resident of Hamilton. He was identified by mean"; of a photograph, taken after death, and a straw hat and watch. The inquest, which was opened on May 15 before Mr. J. E. Wilson, S.M., will be continued to-day.
