CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday.
The Rhodes - scholar, who will enter Oxford in Octobcr, 1920, will be elected next luesdav. The Canterbury College candidate if Mr. Norman Mac Donal- Richmond, 8.A., son of the late Mr. W. M. Richmond, solicitor.
An 1851 Exhibition . scholarship, the award of which ha.? been suspended during the war, is also offered by the New Zealand University this year. The candidate from Canterbury College is Mr. Eric Arnold Rowe. M.Sc., son of Mr. T. W. Rowe, a well-known Christchurch solicitor. '
