McDonald, of Masterton; and Mr. E. H. Webber, of Hastings, are at the Grand Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. 'G. H. Wileon sailed for Vancouver by the Niagara 011 Saturday. They are 011 a health and business tour, and will go to England from America. They expect to be absent 6ome months. Dr. H. Dean Bamford and Mis. Bamford were passengers on the Niagara, which sailed for Vancouver on Saturday. They are on a holiday visit to Canada and the United States; and expect to ba away three or four months. Mr. R. W. Kane, a director of the Bank of Now Zealand, Mr. W. Calender, general manager of the bank, and Mr. H. Buckleton, manager of the Auckland branch, have gone on a visit to Whakatane. They are expected to return to Auckland to-morrow.
