CONSULTING DOMINIONS. SPECIAL CONFERENCE. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Mar. 31. Mr. Bonar Law informed the House o| ! Commons to-day that the Government would consult the Dominion Prime Ministers before their departure regarding the time and method for carrying out the resolution of the Imperial Conference recommending a special Imperial Conference to readjust the constitutional relations of the various parts of the Empire.
