The conference of chairmen of district repatriation boards and local committees in the chief provincial centres called to consider matters affecting policy and procedure under the new Act with a view to securing uniformity of administration concluded to-day. At the conclusion of business a motion was carried expressing the utmost confidence iu the Ministerial Board of four members as at present constituted and appreciation of the manner in which it was carrying out its functions. Appreciative reference was also made to the director of repatriation and to the head office for tho energy and ability be- ; ing displayed h tackling the problem of j repatriation.
