ALLEGED INDECENT ASSAULT. I An elderly man, Robert Stephenson ; Wake, wa-s charged before Mr. F. K. i Hunt, S.M., at the Police Court yesterday with having, on November 12, indecently assaulted a 12-year-old girl. On the : application of Sab-Inspector Wohlmann, ! accused was remanded for a week. | A middle-aged man, John Monaghan, ' was fined 10s and costs for a breach of a j prohibition o^der.
