DISFAVOUR IN GERMANY. Krattr. AMSTERDAM. Sept. 28. Admiral von Koestor, president of the German Navy League, in an address to the league, denounced the- idea of a League of" Nation** Ho said that Germany after the war must have colonies with strong points d'appui, and also free trade on the seas under the, protection of the German Fleet.
