BOYCOTT OF GERMANY.
FRENCH SEAMEN'S RESOLVE
(Received 7.40 P.m.) Renter. PARIS, Sept. 28. Havas Agency states that the French Seamen's Union unanimously decided to boycott Germany after the war in a similar manner to the boycott proposed by the British Seamen's Union.
