ANARCHY IN RUSSIA.
NEW GOVERNMENT FORMED
FIGHT AGAINST GERMANY. A. and N.Z. LONDON. Sept. 26.,. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times states that the Russian Embassy has received official despatches from Ufa, west of the Ural mountains, that a provisional Russian Government has been formed. It has repudiated the Brest Litovsk Treaty, and will fight Germany and the Bolsheviks.
