STOCKS AND SHARES.
The tone of the shawmarket yesterday was unaltered. In standard stocks, South British Insurances sold at £6 3s, and a sale was reported in Birkenhead and Whcote Gas at 19s 6d. In mining hues a sale was reported in Waihis at 34s 9d. AUCKLAND STOCK EXCHANGE.
