MISBEHAVIOUR IN TRAIN.
OFFENDER FINED AT WAIHI. [bt teleob.u-h.-own CORRESPONDENT. Waihi, Tuesday. At the Magistrate's Court to-day, Mr. F. J. ' Burgess, S.M., presiding, Arthur Catchpole, for threatening behaviour and offensive language in a railway train, was convicted and fined 20s, with costs.
