FIRE AT POWDER WORKS. BUILDING DESTROYED. New Yoke, December 9. The recent fire at the Dupont powder factory practically destroyed the building. The town of Hopewell, erected for the accommodation of workers at the allies' munition and powder plant, was not touched, but it in believed that another proGerman outrage will be at tempter? Riots occurred, necessitating calling out the militia to suppress them.
