GERMAN FLEET AT SEA.
riCTURE FOR GERMANS. WATCHING AND WAITING. Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, December 9. A representative of the German newspaper Vossische Zeitung describes the German Navy at sea, obviously with the object of befooling the German people. He speaks of a naval cruise, declaring that the fleet is ready for action day and night. He glowingly depicts the gallant officers and seamen at the Kiel Canal losing sleep watching and engaging the enemy.
