GERMANS OROP BOMBS ON REFUGEE CAMP.
AEROPLANES ASSAIL WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
LARGE NUMBER OF DEATHS REPORTED.
Petrograd, September 16.
Five German aeroplanes, flying very low, dropped bombs on an encampment in Kuban, a province in Caucasia, where 1000 refugees were taking shelter. A large number of women and children were killed.
